All are good ideas:
1)Enable users to upload screen shots, routines, helpful documents, etc.
2)Provide free and commercial software tools to assist data integration
3)Provide web based training on Ascential products.
Please implement all three things that will really help us.

How to find the difference between two timestamps
Hi,
I have two timestamps in the format yyyy-mm-dd hh24:mi:ss. I want to find the exact difference (sec level). Is there any in-buit routine that can I give me the difference. I know how to get that using Basics.
