Now please try

"dsjob -ljobs projectname"

and make sure you are added to requierd data stage groups.


Also try

dsjob -domain domainname:port -server servername:31538 -user youruser -password yourpassword -lprojects

First of all, remove those sever details from your post.

All the ports and all looks like default. Did you just try running "dsjob -lprojets" ?

Its normal to have this warning when the job abended and could not perform necessary clean-up. It should come in the subsequent run after the abort. And yes it can be safely demoted to informational message as the message id is different for each type of warning and error in data stage however do a ...

Are you getting any warning? does your NLS map matches the one in teradata and the source?

Unicode is not UTF-8.
8859-P1 is US ASCII

A few questions first,

Is it the complete derivation?
does it fail even if you do null handling properly?

I would atleast use len(svZoneId) as a derivation for length though.

well, I haven't heard If or Index function getting phased out, so I believe it should work in 11.3 as well. You may need to check you syntax if it isn't working for you.

I have been told by support earlier that the hostname should not be changed as it is used at so many places inside the server. IBM support may be able to do it but not so sure unless their engineering dept gets involved. Be ready for a long waits in responses though.
