Off the top of my head, the only thing that springs to mind are any O/S resources you've leveraged that are Solaris specific... those would need to be translated. Other than that, UNIX to UNIX should be pretty drama-free. The other things to be aware of are any AIX 'quirks' like (again, from memory)...
