How can we help? It's a database problem. :?

Talk to your DBA. Have them increase the tablespace size. Again.

Either that or get some help tuning the view so it doesn't require so much temp space.

Can't whomever is providing these packed dates give you the methodology needed to unpack them? Or do they really expect you to puzzle it out on your own? :?

The OCI stages will automatically generate the TO_DATE (or TO_CHAR) for the appropriate data types, no need for user-defined sql for something simple like that.

Can't help with Issue #2. For Issue #1 - Did you figure out how to get the XML Output stage to create multiple files? On the Transformation Settings tab there are the Output Mode options - choose Use trigger column and select your Store number field to have it create a new file for each store. The f...

If you want to take a whack at it yourself, then search the forum for 'DSGetLog'. Much reading there.

Also check the online help for all the 'DSGetLog*' functions, that and the various options for the 'dsjob' command, if you want to tackle this from a scripted standpoint.

As noted, a Varchar(1500) field is perfectly valid and will not generate an 'Invalid Precision Value' warning. Search elsewhere for your problem - with some sort of a numeric column.

I don't really follow what you want to do. You can't know if the mail was sent successfully - only if it was sent. Or not. You would know if it was sent with an attachment as you enabled that option. Or not. As for the rest, are you wanting to store the final status of the job in a table? You'll fin...
