However, I don't see how a database error can be resolved by recompiling. I am assuming, however, that this isn't a one time thing - whenever this occurs a recompile fixes it until it occurs again... yes?

Your search should have turned up the fact that this is a known issue with that particular command line option, from what I recall. Contact your official support provider and see if there is a fixpack / patch available to rectify that... I honestly don't recall.

Perhaps they need to get ready. :?

It would seem that you need to involve your official support provider to assertain what options you have with regards to 8i connectivity, ODBC driver support, etc etc in your release. Let us know what you find out.

You can certainly consider them to be equivalent given the fact that the Routine Activity will be the last thing that the Sequence runs.

Job names must be unique per project, that's why the copy ends up with that prefix on it.

Completely separate issue. Usually means you've allowed duplicates in a unique index and that should be noted somewhere in the log file.

OK... forgot the older conversation we had on this topic. So, is the consensus that after you uncompress the .isx file you can rename it to a have a .dsx extension and then use the Designer to import the file?

I have no clue, never having used MQ anything. Just wanted to point out that others have seen that message and there are Resolved posts on the subject. If that's the advice you're finding, give that a shot and see if it indeed fixes it for you.
