Then I assume you are once again generating a bazillion warning messages and the log has 'overflowed', pushing it past the 2GB threshold. You might want to monitor it real time after it gets 'fixed' again, see what is being logged.

There's a treasure trove of XML information in there to get you started, we can go down the whole 'realtime' aspect of this later. Get it working outside of that environment first. That environment variable is only valid on the 'Enterprise' side, i.e. for a Parallel rather than a Server job. Regardless, all such would be done via the Administrator.
