So? File size is not a debit against free space. However if, for example, the program were allocating large chunks of disk space (maybe doubling the size at each step) then this would be an issue. No. YOU need to investigate where the fractional seconds are disappearing. Put a Peek stage on every link. Or compile in trace mode, which is effectively the same thing.
