By default DataStage Hashed File are 32BIT and House data up 2.2GB. If your data is more than 2.2GB you will need to create a 64BIT Hash.

I do not know much about CheckSum or CRC32 function. What is the difference between the two??. When should we use them or one vs the other??

Thanks . . . I think that is what happen, I left the Server License blank. I can't even create the server job in designer. I will give it another run of install and supply the server license.
