If you think loading (not extraction) is the problem, try to tune the table in the database increase commit level or something like that ..13lac recs are no biggy for DS should not take the time you specified.

By this logic we can preserve the

Using DsGetLinkInfo function get the count of rows writting in to the link which is connecting to that table, say Variable 'NumOfRows' If NumOfRows > 50 Then UtilityAbortToLog("Number of rows exceeded the 50 aborting the job...") Else Null So that you don't get any issues still you can see...

I think it is better if there are no warnnings,
But as of now...
Unschedule the job.. go director - tools - options- limits-check no limit warnings.
Then rescedule it.
If you done this way ignore this response.

If you save (before compilation) a job design through your designer, DS engine creates all th run time files like RT_LOGnnn,RT_CONFIGnnn...
If RT_LOGnnn file is not created or deleted you can't compile that Job.

Temp file error

load the each TX output to the seq files and them connect the file outputs to the LC then to the target file.
If u don't want the intermediate files, you can always delete them from after the job subroutine
