Email has been corrected, yes. I believe the DEBUG error has as well.

And, yes, I'm taking my time getting around to all the threads that I've posted in lately. =D

Happy posting.

I've been working very closely with our hosting company to get this resolved. It is a serious problem, of course, since no one can get email from the server. NONE. This means that not only will no one receive notifications, but no one can have their password resent, or even register since they can'...

Top Posters

Everyone, I know many of you have enjoyed seeing who the all-time, monthly and most recent top posters are, and some of you have been working hard to be at the top of those lists. Unfortunately, it has been determined that the top poster lists are causing an undue strain on the front page of the sit...

If anyone is still seeing a blue background behind the new grey logo in the top bar, make sure to clear your cache...especially if you're using IE which can sometimes hang on to old CSS.

Stay tuned for more changes...

You've already started another thread on this topic in this forum. Creating duplicate threads doesn't help and won't get you more quality answers.

Evidently you were browsing a forum with no topics.

The bug has been summarily squashed.

Topic: Formatting Code blocks as plaintext?

Thanks for your suggestion. Code blocks are displayed with the Courier or Courier New font and all characters contained therein are displayed literally unformatted. However, code blocks are not technically plaintext in the MIME-TYPE sense. Unfortunately, this is one of the limitations of the phpBB s...

There is, in fact, CAPTCHA image validation already in place. It was added in a recent release of phpBB, so you may not have seen it.

It is possible that the CAPTCHA has been defeated by smart bots though...

Mostly true, although I did sleep pretty well last night, now that we're home from the hospital. It's certainly a challenge...I think I've just been itching to code something for the last five days.

I've added another option to the search page: http://img168.imageshack.us/img168/2121/searchnew8oz.gif Although it is similar to the "Search previous" option, "Search Last 'X' Days" allows a little more control, since you can put in any number of days. You can use this in conjunc...

We are currently looking into this issue. Unfortunately, it seems that only a very few individuals are experiencing this problem, which makes it more difficult to isolate. It is very likely that this is the result of a client-side (javascript) setting. For those of you who are adventurous, you might...

Annoying Existential Log-in Conundrum

I'm sure a number of you have had this experience. You're browsing the the DSXchange or reading your email. You see a link to a DSXchange thread. You think this link might have an answer to your problem, or possibly just some useful information. Your eyes gleam in anticipation of reading the delicio...
