when you call the after job routine in the job properties, you would need to specify the arguments for the after job routine also.

e.g AfterJobRoutineName #file_name# in the after job routine box in the job properties

The job flow is something like this -

seq. file --> xml input stage --> copy --> db lookup --> remove duplicaties --> copy --> xml output stage --> seq. file.

Hi - I am having a job that reads the xml data from RTI input stage and then processes it. The job runs fine in development environment. However, when I try to run the exact same job in a test environment, I get the error "..<column name> not found in the view based input schema.." for one...

What happened to the other rows? Were there any warnings logged about their being rejected by Oracle? Did you set up a rejects link to capture them? For so many rows, I'd counsel using bulk loader techniques. Datastage did not give any rejects or any warnings for this job. I would check with the DB...

We did not have to delete from DS_JOBS. Our administrators did project cleanup that removed this orphan job. We later imported it from our backup.

Does not look like it is a space issue. I am having problem with only THIS job. How can I remove the job entry from DS_JOBS?

Take another RT_CONFIG file/directory in your unix project and copy it to the errant/missing name. This will at least allow you to import the job or delete it.
