Ray am using the new XML Stage and i just did the schema mapping. i did not hardcode the xpaths. when i run the job with peak stage i see the output in log. xpath parser is working perfectly.

not able to figure out why the columns definitions are not compatible wit other stages.

I Figured some time back that we can create additional columns and use %BEFORE function to get the pre-image and compare those in datastage.
