Thank you Andy!

Actually the large column will be only upto two stages, so I will give the buffer size to 9mb only to that particular stages in advanced tab and remove the parameter default transport size....Does that work?

Reduce the links to use 9MB APT_DEFAULT_TRANSPORT_BLOCK_SIZE

I used 4 MB of block size and now due to a very big length column it is asking me to give 9MB which could cause the job to use more memory than needed since all the links would use a 9 MB transport block size. Any idea how to use that 9MB for only particular links to reduce the memory usage? Thank you

Actually this was built through .net and we had issues when inserting records.
Now our plan is .net will trigger the ISD which will insert the records and send an error message to users.

The web service will be designed with close to 20 stages with medium transformations and inserted into tables. Each request we expect 10,000 records in the XML tag.

It worked now. I gave '****' for I_TRAN in the transformer before XML_output stage and after XML output I used an other transformer to replace '****' with '' and it worked as required. All records in separate tags.

Thank you very much!

I think I tried a different way, just included a new column. Now I added an other column at the CHILD level giving it a sequence and I see the data in the below way which is not in correct format <Parent> <child> <newchild>1 <userID>123</userID> <Phone>6436431347</Phone> <Fax>5654345678</Fax> <Addr>...
