Since pivot stage doesn't support vertical pivoting rows to column, how can we implement vertical pivoting?

Example:

Output Should be :
Col1 Col2 Col3 Col 4
A 1 2 3

Thanks Ray for your reply, Users / Groups were not added to appropriate folders on SERVER machine. Now all Client components are working after adding Users / Groups to \IBM\Information\Server directory. srimitta.
