I have a Convert Function used in my existing Job like below
Convert(char(10), ' ',DSLink2.FName)
What is the Meaning of this ..
I tried some samples with Fixed length recs . But could n't find any clues.

How to upgrade Datastage 5.2.1 server jobs to Information server 8. 0 server jobs . and if so , will all the 5.2.1 stages will work the fine in 8.0 ?
