You mentioned that table is a multi set table . Can you check how many duplicates are present ? May be duplicates are causing skew distrubtion - more data on a particulat amp.

I am facing an issue with the import of the datastage jobs .Our test environment is read-only . Let us suppose if there is any read only job got imported into test . Now I want to overwrite this job in TEST .Is these is any way to do that ?

How do we generate the match frequencies ? Is it same like provisioning ?

dsjob with jobinfo is giving value zero for all ( restartable & non restartable ) type of sequences .

Any idea why it is giving zero ??

Is there anyway to find the list of all sequences , which are not restartable ?

DRS & ODBC Enterprise stage are working fine . I guess , both of those stages use uvodbc.config file . So , DSN name should be present in uvodbc.config file . Anyways I will check & confirm it .

I think , The source ( input dataset ) is already partitioned & sorted on the key column...So it is generating sequence number based on the type correctly .

grep for websphere , asbnode , listen , jobmonapp , logging.agent , dsrpc for checking imp processes on server

Please note that APT_COMPILER* & APT_LINKER* variables depends on OS & the path in which you have installed C++ or gcc or XLC compilers.

In an ideal world , Surrogate key should not have any intelligence embeded in it . It is just a sequence number used as a primary key
