How can i insert/update the database from the routine? What is the command?
How can i call the hash files thro routine?

Data Retrieval from DataSet Stage
Hi All, I am new to Parallel jobs. I tried retrieving the data thro dataset stage, it shows the following error. My file name is dataset1.ds. Error Message: dataset1.ds is not an ORCHESTRATE Data. Set descriptor. But the same fil, if i use seq file stage, its working with same layout. Please give me...

HI VSI,
My Suggestion is,
1) Take a copy of your job and delete the original and rename the copy of your job to the old name. Then try running the jobs and open the director. It would solve your problem.
2)Delete all the old logs for each job in the director.

I have installed Datastage Server Version 7.5.2 on windows, is it possible for me to execute Parallel jobs on the same windows environment.
I read in the forum, that in 8x its possible. How about this 7x version?
