Hi George,

I think registering to IBM is free. Once you register and download usually you get a call from IBM ( Tech Ed / Learning ) asking whether you need any additional help with the download.

Ray, that is wonderful synopsis of what Information Analyzer does. I found IBM documentation very helpful while working on Profile Stage. In fact I learned Profile Stage just by following IBM's documentation. I hope Information Analyzer documentation is as good.

We just installed Metadata Workbench Couple of Days ago on susi Linux. Waiting for IBM rep to come for mentoring next week. I will post my experiance as soon as it is done.

Hi Ray,

Thanks for your reply. What do I specify for 'file type' and 'record type' in the 'file options' tab for a VSAM file in a CFF stage ?
