You can flatten the Cobol FD using CFF Stage. Did you tried that and having issues with that ?

Loading from EBCDIC to EBCDIC and ASCII to ASCII should be the options you select within CFF stage.

Did you tried looking for the log in Director Client ? For some of the Errors the log file is not getting updated but you can view the job status in the Director Client.

You have to select 'ANALYZERPROJECT' as the project.

I don't think we can share the reports from both the tools. Both the tools produce reports but they are different. We can share Meta Data ( Excluding operational MetaData) but not the reports.
