Yes I sourced in dsenv. I am using latest version of ISALite, tried with -console option but its reporting the same error.

I will update this post once I apply the patch and do the testing.

Tried changing the default memory threshold from 80% to 60%. Re-started all the Appwatcher services. Still the issue persists. I have 25 GB RAM on the DS server.

I already came across the post suggested by you but it only suggests to increase the RAM Or change the memory threshold in operations console.

Is there any other setting that we need to change without adding more RAM. Please share your inputs.

Try chmod 755 dsjob

Make sure to source in dsenv file first and then try dsjob command.
