Run-time errors and application errors selecting reports?

When trying to select a report menu item (e.g. General Reports), I get "Run-time Error 35603" followed by an Application Error (i.e. an abort).

I have opened a case with Ascential, but just wanted to see if somebody had a similar epxerience.

OK, I now know a bit more about the relationship between GROUP.SIZE and LARGE.RECORD. I also understand why with a Type 30 file I can only go up to LARGE.RECORD 4084. What I don't understand is why the following configuration just made my hash file load perform much worse than before: Type 30 GROUP....
