Can anyone tell me how to identify wether, my Datastage(Ver60 in Tru64) instalation is a root instalation or non root.

i think we can do it through Unix commands (DS ver 60 installed in Unix).

At present DS 6.0 is installed in unix server, is it possible to install version 7.5 in same server and work in both versions.

if yes, any additional services has to be installed ?

can both the version share jobs.

please provide me a clear understanding.
