Verify options on UNIX, where few lists of commands will convert a CSV files into XML file, not even XSLT is required.

Base on your specifications or Requirements, it's betetr to use XSLT.
According to your requirement you don't need any XSLT usage, just try to play with csv2xml command on UNIX.

In Server canvas, 'transaction grouping' comes into picture when the ORACLE stage(ODBC/OCI) receives multiple links from the same transformer stage. The problem with the PX job is that multiple processes are started, and there is no way for one process to rollback another process. For PX jobs you wi...

Having declaring above mentioned namespace declaration, do Load the metadata from same XML data file (or with XSD, if you have) in output link columns Tab too.

1. For Oracle Enterprise Stage, datatype in DS for the column should be 'NVarchar'.
2. For DRS stage, varchar is ok.
3. Better to keep NLS_MAP & NLS_Language as 'UTF-8 ' in both DS & Oracle respectively.

But didn't succeed to make it work. So It would be very...

Hello all, Issue was resolved with Patch what IBM has shared with us earlier, sorry for the delayed response. IBM suggests us to use the Name of the XSD file mentioned in the XML data file itself. After having done that, we just enabled the check in box "Validate" & other usual log rej...

Ernie, Thanks for the suggestion. I raised ticket with the IBM Support & they came back with a Patch. But this patch helped us to validate the XML data file against the XML Input stage Metadata only, but not with the actual (physical) XSD. I have mentioned the wrong XSD name as shown in below cod...
