Hi @ray .. thanks for ur suggestion , but currently we wont be able to get the upgraded version ... so.. @chullett... we tried working out using varchar, but then wen have to keep the datatype of column in table also as VArchar otherwise it doesnt work, coz wid XmL as datatype , job runs but no data...
