Actually i had worked only on Server jobs...I want to know about TX...Is TX is completely different from Server jobs...If i get any materials regarding TX it will be useful to me.....

After i had made the job(sample job_shares_stage1^1) and i went to Promote option made my job readonly and compile then i tried to run....
The job is not running....no error message appears.....

even though after setting these things i am not able to run the job.......
