it could also be caused by having ulimit set too low. On release 8 the jobs all seem to need way more file units. We were seeing really strange things happen (jobs work singly, but can't open file when run in a sequence) including fault type 11's that went away when we increased our ulimit settings...

No, all it seems to mean is you had one at one point. Once the membership expires, the logo remains but they are unable to view Premium content.
