2 file with same meta data, IS THIS RIGHT?

I checked, I defined it.
but still this is Fatal error:

merge_test..Merge_1: first file column 'Name' must be present in output column list.

job design: merge stage, transformer, sequential file.

I am getting
merge_test..Merge_1: Error opening second input file
fatal error: merge_test..Merge_1: Link property retrieval error

I am analysing the previously built jobs. if I nedd to find the job dependencies where the sequence is called in the another sequence

I am using job dependencies in properties and usage analysis in manager.
