There is a client patch (interim) which will allow you to login to DS Admin client after seeing an warning message. The patch number is JR34844.

They have identified a bug and will be released in the future release (don't have details about the bug or the release number)

After installing the IFT_fixpack4, the problem resolved. The problem was due to oracle connector stages.
