In job log I am seeing only these error lines. Also this is not happening all the time. Sometimes job works fine and sometimes it fails. Is it possible to get detailed log of this job run.
Is it related to anything from SQL server end?

Thanks for your reply. We are using libnzodbc.so driver for netezza connector.
Driver for SQL SERVER : /opt/IBM/InformationServer/Server/branded_odbc/lib/VMmsss25.so

The job is failing to read from source Sql Server.
