This warning means you have duplicate keys in the lookup data. Just run the same query with goup by the keys and cout, you found some keys with more than one count.

Define same table in the temporary as your target withh all indexes and constaints on. Try oracle stage to upsert the data into this table . From director log you will found how many rows got inserted and how many rejected or update.

We did it using custom build stage (or you can try by buildop stage). I don't think anything available in data stage for dynamic file generator.

Make the column as double with no length and scale.
