the installation was without NLS and I resolved my problem by updating the regional settings of windows before start the installation.

I know there are many ways to fix this problem but I was looking for a solution without modifying all the existing jobs.
And it means for me that migrating jobs from 7.1 to 8 is not as safer as I thought when NLS is enabled.

Unfortunately, when I change those NLS settigns in US -ENGLISH , still the decimal is not recognized. And There is no NLS tab within the aggregator stage. I'm going to check if there is anything to do on administrator ...

I've checked some previous posts and this issue seems to be related to anyone that need to migrate from 7.1 to 8 with NLS enabled.
