The compilation of a simple job takes long time. Anything that I can check to speed up the compilation process ?

Can't read you after the second line, but even though I can display charactere with accent I still get the same error message.
So you right the error is not due to the accent but something else.

Here is the error message I get :
nls_map_buffer_out() - NLS mapping error, row 1599 (approx), row = "19556,3,18,"

Don't really understand why cause it is like in the source table.

Not really, actually I still have some issues.

The source database is sql server and is using SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AI

Any document where to check the most suitable NLS for this ?

Thanks Chulett, Still don't really know how I did fix this but it has to do with folder permission, services. Restart of the server now the schedule works fine with DOMAIN\DS_USER. So my problem is half fixed. Cause when I start the job manually the user is SERVER\DS_USER and not DOMAIN\DS_USER. At ...

Scheduler not running with specific user

Hello all,

When I use the scheduler with the default user COMPUTER\DS_USER then it works fine but when I use the user DOMAIN\DS_USER then the schedule is created but just pass without starting the job.

Seems the the domain name is not recognized by datastage. Any idea is welcome
