Crash Dump Files with extension .dmp are being created on C:\IBM\InformationServer\Clients\Classic Folder. The size of each file is around 300 MB.

Please advise about the effect of deleting these files from the specified Folder.

i did insert one row and it's fine.
the query output was 'AR8ISO8859P6',
i used 'IS08859-6' for the target and 'UTF8' for the source and no succeed.

we have many changes on our source and target, and we have about 200 jobs running in production for at least one year back.now we have to apply those changes to the jobs to reflect the new added columns to the source and target. what is best approch to make those changes to the ETL jobs and metadata...
