That won't convert it to csv, go to your xls editor, do a save as and save it as a csv file format.

You mean to say that every time we get excel input file we must do a save as in csv format. Can it be done in any other way any suggestions.

DS.CHECKER is done and we also deleted the orphaned jobs.
As there are many ways of doing import and export , Which method is suggested for import and export ?

you are right and but iam using both source and target as DRS stage.
When i use sequential file stage in out put it is very faster 30-40 times than the original job.
Can u help me in this
