Parameter Navigator allows developers to view and manage the numerous parameters associated with many DataStage jobs. Kim believes this tool should be of interest to any site that has a parameter management issue. The utility is packaged together with DwNAV and is priced at $ 5,000 US for both products. (Seven day trial licenses are available.) Key benefits of Parameter Navigator are:

• Build Parameter sets (groups) so you can establish different settings that can be copied to jobs
• Build Data sets which are groups of parameters and their associated values for different environments (Development, Test, Production)
• Update an entire project with new parameter values
• View "Where Used" information for parameters
